使用花生壳搭建了Exchange2003，但部分邮箱总是退信，比方说新浪，Hotmail，yahoo。回信内容如下

We generally do not accept email from dynamic IP's as they are not typically used to deliver unauthenticated SMTP e-mail to an Internet mail server. http://www.spamhaus.org maintains lists of dynamic and residential IP addresses. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Email/network admins, please visit http://postmaster.live.com for email delivery information and support
查询了一下spamhaus ，spamhaus是目前世界上影响最大反垃圾邮件组织，只要被它列入黑名单，你的邮件服务器就算瘫痪了，因为据说全球80%以上的服务器会拒收从你的邮件服务器发去邮件．他们提供四种类型XBL，SBL，PBL，ROKSO．国内有很多IP被列为了spamhaus这几类RBL当中。
下面根据自己实际操作，处理一下此问题，看是否能够解决
1 首先查一下当前动态分配的IP
2 去http://www.spamhaus.org/pbl/index.lasso，进行查询
3 看看查询结果吧！KAO，竟然被2个类型的都封了
4 啥也别说了，申请解除吧，点击连接进入下面界面
5 进入自我移除的页面，全同意，请点击"Remove an IP Address"继续．
6在提交表单填入你需要申诉的ip地址，你的邮件地址（注意一定要可以正常收到邮件，因为它将收到5位数的验证码）及验证码
7 竟然还要先从XBL移除，再来一遍吧！
8 先来CBL的删除
9 确认删除
10 这个简单多了，如图，啥也不用确认
11 再回到PBL的删除，输入邮箱，收到信啦！
12 输入验证码
13 OK等着清除吧，据说半小时就可以
最后再说一声，如果你的动态IP是123开头的，还是重新拨一下，换成221开头的，容易一些，因为只在PBL列表里面。
